BASIC PACKAGE
A package for athletes who need help structuring their training and are unsure about what training sessions they should do and when. With biweekly schedules, it provides a clear plan for the immediate future and biweekly catch-ups ensure the athlete stays on the right path to progress and consistency.
PREMIUM PACKAGE
The ideal package for athletes who take their progress seriously. Suitable for both beginners and very experienced athletes of any level and age. With weekly schedules, unlimited contact and daily training analysis and feedback on your training sessions, we form a strong team together and we make sure that every day brings you closer to your goals.
PERFORMANCE PACKAGE
The highest form of attention and customization. Training is not being planned on a specific interval, but in a more fluid way that suits the athlete best. The communication will also be more intensive to achieve the best results. Recommended only for very competitive and ambitious athletes. No stone will be left unturned.
ONBOARDING
GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER
We will start with an introductory meeting (call or video call) to get to know each other better. This is a great chance to ask each other questions and determine whether working together is the best way forward. The conversation aims at understanding your ambitions, background and current lifestyle to set the right expectations from both sides and ensure you make the most out of coaching.
INTAKE FORM & TECHNICAL SETUP
Following the first call, you will receive an email with a link to an online intake form. Filling in this questionnaire will help me understand your needs better and be more accurate with the initial planning of your training. You will also receive a link to pair your Training Peaks account with my coaching account. At that point, we will make sure that you have the necessary equipment and you are ready to go.
PLANNING
Now it's time to start planning your first training sessions and your ATP (Annual Training Plan). It is quite common to start with some exercise testing in order to set correct training zones and plan workouts with good intensity control.
CONTINUOUS COMMUNICATION
From now on it's about teamwork and good communication. The first period focuses on understanding your physiology and what the optimal way of training might be for you. I will be monitoring your training and giving you feedback on Training Peaks on a daily basis (for the Premium and Performance packages). In addition to that, I'm using WhatsApp as a channel of continuous communication with athletes. Phone or video calls can also be planned if there is a need for a more in-depth discussion.
