BASIC PACKAGE
Perfect for athletes who need help organizing their training and understanding which sessions to do and when. This package offers biweekly schedules with a clear plan for the short term. With biweekly check-ins, I ensure you stay on track, maintaining progress and consistency.
PREMIUM PACKAGE
Designed for athletes who are serious about their progress. Ideal for beginners and experienced athletes alike, this package includes weekly schedules, unlimited communication, and daily analysis of your training sessions. Together, we form a strong partnership to make sure every day brings you closer to your goals.
PERFORMANCE PACKAGE
The most tailored and intensive coaching experience. Training is designed to be fluid and not on a specific time-based interval, with constant communication to achieve the highest level of performance. This package is recommended for competitive athletes who are highly ambitious. No detail will be overlooked in the pursuit of your best performance.
ONBOARDING
GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER
We’ll begin with an introductory meeting (call or video call) to ensure we’re a good fit for each other. This is your opportunity to ask questions and for me to understand your ambitions, background, and current lifestyle. Together, we’ll set clear expectations so that we can make the most of your coaching experience from the very start.
INTAKE FORM & TECHNICAL SETUP
After our initial call, you’ll receive an email with a link to an online intake form. Completing this form will give me a deeper understanding of your needs and help me tailor your training accurately. You’ll also get a link to connect your TrainingPeaks account to mine. I’ll ensure you have the right equipment and are fully set up and ready to start.
PLANNING YOUR TRAINING
Now we’ll dive into the planning phase, where we’ll create your first training sessions and your Annual Training Plan (ATP). In many cases, we begin with some fitness testing to establish accurate training zones and optimize your intensity control. This ensures your training is both challenging and effective from the start.
CONTINUOUS COMMUNICATION
From here on out, it’s all about teamwork and consistent communication. The early stages focus on understanding your physiology and identifying the best way to train. I’ll monitor your progress daily (for Premium and Performance packages) and provide feedback through TrainingPeaks. In addition, I use WhatsApp for ongoing communication. If necessary, we can also schedule phone or video calls for deeper discussions and adjustments to your plan.
