TriAtomo Coaching is a relationship, not just a training plan on your calendar. There is a lot of emphasis on good communication to make sure we form a strong team. I work with a limited number of athletes so that I can provide the highest quality of coaching possible. Every athlete gets my full attention.

Here there are no pre-made plans. Together, we will make sure everything is tailored to your unique physiology, goals and lifestyle. Pragmatism is at the core of my training methodology. Avoiding extreme black-or-white thinking or getting attached to a specific training method and hype, enables me to maintain an open mind when applying individualization to training. I only get attached to achieving the athlete's goals in the smartest way possible.
